Vendor Qualification Coordinator

**Act as a "formal first point of contact for new Vendors**
- **Establish and maintain liaison with all parties participating in the Vendor qualification, performance evaluation and management activities**
- **Manage the timely pre-qualification and re-qualification of Vendors, with input from various other departments in the Company**
- **Manage Vendor related documentation**
- **In close coordination with the rest of Supply Chain (SC), drive vendor rationalization**
- **Maintain Vendor lists and master data timely, correctly and ensure that data redundancy is eliminated**
- **In close cooperation with relevant departments in the Company coordinate Vendor performance evaluation and management**
- **As requested by SC team members perform market surveys for to identify potential vendors**
- **Actively create and maintain a constructive cooperation with a high level of customer satisfaction between SC and all internal customers and stakeholders**
- **Position SC as a value adding business partner within the Company**
- **Ensure compliance with Company Purpose & Principles, best practices, Supply Chain processes, procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations**
- **Ensure that in all matters - prior to decision - economical and business-like assessments are made, due diligence observed and Initiatives taken to secure the best economical result for the Company**
- **Ensure that in all matters prudence and confidentiality is exercised**
- **Provide regular status and progress reporting**
- **Contribute with ideas for improvement of best practices, processes and procedures etc.**
- **Other duties as assigned
