Job Description

The role of a Vendor Surveillance Coordinator involves providing comprehensive coordination services to clients. This includes coordinating vendor surveillance assignments, liaising between clients and field personnel, and ensuring that client quality requirements are met.

The coordinator will be responsible for sourcing and gaining clients' approval for inspectors with sufficient experience and qualifications. They will also update and maintain surveillance assignments details in the AMIS systems.

In addition, the coordinator will provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, collect and check contractors' timesheets and expenses claims, and assist finance on submission of invoicing report lists for billing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should have a minimum 2-3 years of experience in an engineering environment and relevant industry experience would be ideal.

Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft office software.

They should also be able to work independently, be meticulous and organized, and possess a client and service-oriented approach.
