We provide a full suite of multidisciplinary built environment consultancy services across a diverse range of sectors that includes aviation, healthcare, hospitality, transport, water and environment as well as energy and resources.**Position Purpose**Responsible for management vendor relationship, vendor performance and compliance to ensure that the vendors deliver consistent value to the organisation and meet service expectations.**Key Accountabilities*** Contract Relationship Management: Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and vendors* Performance compliance monitoring: Manage vendor service performance as per contractual agreement* Contract & Document management: Maintenance and tracking of contract repository and renewals* Procurement & Cost Optimisation: Facilitate in the negotiation and procurement of vendor services* Reporting: Develop and publish vendor scorecards and performance dashboards* Operational support: Resolve user software issues to ensure users can utilize the software**Qualifications*** Bachelor in Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology or a related field with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, or* Diploma Business Administration, Supply Chain or Information Technology, or related field with 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience.**Skills / Knowledge*** Strong ability to interpret contract terms in relation to performance measurements* Familiarity with vendor management tools e.g. SAP* Effective time managementAt Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
