**We are looking for a Vendor Settlement Coordinator to join our Renewable Platform team based in Singapore.**

**Your part in Neste’s journey**

**In this role, you will be part of a team focused on supporting the cargo operations team and performing daily invoice processing activities for commercial cargo, contracts and demurrages. You will be involved in the day-to-day execution of domestic, export, supply and trading (physical or paper deals) operations associated with shipments by truck and vessel as well as product tank transfers. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders and be an enabler for excellent daily operations in a growing international environment.**

**The best combination of experiences, skills and background is**
- **Relevant work experience in the petrochemical/oil industry, supply chain cargo operations (bulk and/or non-bulk)**
- **Hands-on experience in order or invoice processing and coordinating with vendors on related issue resolution**
- **Strong team player attitude with excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills**
- **Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment**
- **Ability to effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, which may require flexibility to work past normal business hours**
- **Good problem-solving skills and analytical mindset with fact-driven approach**
- **Familiar with business analysis and regular reporting on KPIs**
- **High levels of adaptability to work with complex, changing situations with flexible work attitude**
- **Performance driven and accurate way of working**
- **Tertiary education (Diploma, Degree) in Business, Supply Chain, IT or similar**
- **Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of other Asian languages will be an advantage.**

**We also value**
- **Good understanding of cargo operations workflow and efficient ways of carrying out operations**
- **Participation in process or system improvement projects and/or implementation**
- **Savvy with IT/ERP tools such as Microsoft Office, SAP, PowerBI, RPA, Google App Suite**
- **Experience in handling APAC including North/South Asia markets will be an advantage**
- **Ability to steer own work independently with strong sense of ownership**
- **Continuous learning and process improvement mindset**
- **Dynamic and stress-resistant personality**
