Business Development Manager/Executive plays a vital role in understanding and meeting customer needs by offering the right solutions to the right target audience or customer segment, leading to maximised customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
- As Business Development Manager/Executive, you will provide sound and reliable financial advice to customers by analysing their financial needs and exceeding their service expectations.
- This position is required to establish strong rapport and strengthen business relationship with customers.
- Develop wealth management strategies to plan for customers’ futures.
- Customise solutions for individual’s needs and review financial plans with them regularly.
- Be a financial solutions provider who provides affordable solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals.
- In support of your career path, training/coaching guidance would be provided for products and sales conceptualisation.
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Singapore Resident / Singapore Permanent Resident
- Local/Overseas Degree, Local Diploma in any field of studies. We welcome fresh graduates.
- Individual who can work well independently, as well as flexible in team environment.
- Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong/potential leadership qualities and people-oriented to strive towards excellence in dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills.
- Relevant working experience in financial service industry is preferred.
- If no relevant experience, we welcome individuals who are self-driven, self-disciplined, harbour entrepreneurship mindset, willing to experience and learn new things, love to meet and help people.
