The Business Development Executive is responsible for handling daily tasks of the Company which included administration works and basic accounts related procedure to develop the business. You will be reporting to the Director for your role, and will work closely with the team and suppliers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to all enquiries related to the products.
- Work on assigned tasks which involved liaise with suppliers and designers.
- Liaise internally and externally for the storage/inventory, transportation/shipment matters. Arrange and coordinate the product’s import/export or related logistics matters.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services of the Company.
- Prepare and check the related documents for business needs. E.g.: custom clearance requested documents, shipping forms/reports, invoices, permits and etc.
- Monitor and report the progress of business including track and follow up closely for update.
- Provide report and update to Director or Management.
- Assist Director in ad-hoc duties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics industry is preferred.
- Proficient in English and preferably in Mandarin. As need to liaise with major supplier from China.
- Basic knowledge in Accounting will be add-on advantage.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Ability in negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
- A team player who is also able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
