Singapore XLD Finance Full time

Responsible for expanding the Pay-in and Pay-out of Payment business in emerging countries, as well as Crypto OTC settlement
- Establish and maintain good relationships with partners in different countries to ensure business development and growth
- Analyze market trends and competitors, develop effective marketing strategies and business expansion plans
- Coordinate internal team resources to ensure timely project delivery and meet customer needs
- Monitor business performance and market feedback, providing accurate data and reports to management
- Keep up with the latest industry developments and technological trends to maintain a competitive edge

**Qualifications**:

- With at least 5-10 years of business development experience in the Payment industry, with extensive industry knowledge and networking resources
- Previous experience in the Pay-in and Pay-out industry within relevant companies
- Familiarity with Crypto OTC settlement and preference given to those with related experience
- Strong market insight and negotiation skills, capable of collaborating with partners from different cultural backgrounds
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex business concepts to senior management and clients
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure, with good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluent in English communication, with proficiency in other languages being prioritized (proficiency in Chinese is preferred)
