**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Setup and configure the kickstarter loyalty program to ensure a timely rollout
- Consolidate and document client’s loyalty program mechanics as per Ascentis Kickstarter product
- Handle user’s account administration and simple server administration
- Responsible for first level troubleshooting of network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment
- Initiate escalation procedures and follow up on all open requests of allocated sites to ensure customer satisfaction

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science/ Information
- At least 1 year of experience in a technical service role
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to lead, analyze, diagnose and resolve account service issues
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service and support attributes
