DESIGNATION : Ascentis - Head of People & HR

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coach the team in HR operations and drive changes; manage the full spectrum of HR including Employee Life Cycle, Compensation & Benefit, Learning & Development, Payroll and Operations to deliver the best-in-class HR services.
- Formulate agile ways of working through its people agenda and design a career/skill competency mapping with flexible working program that shape the workforce and workplace of future.
- Work closely with senior management team to forecast and coordinate the recruiting need and to establish resourceful Talent Acquisition strategies to attract best talents.
- Strategize, recruit and maintain a strong pipeline of talents and succession for key positions; develop and retain a high performing team through culture shaping and strong employee experience.
- Redesign the performance review exercise to establish performance evaluation baseline that align with job requirements, competency and organization’s core values.
- Analyse and identify the key training needs to drive productivity and performance of and draw up the training roadmap.
- Drive operational excellence and be involved in organizational transformation initiatives to enhance HR capabilities and support business regional growth.
- Build continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures to ensure effective, fair and equitable management of employees throughout the organisation.
- Provide advice, information and support to management and employees on HR policies and procedures in line with best practice and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- At least 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years of managerial capacity.
- Strong regional experience across South East Asia.
- Experience in driving organisational changes and enable businesses to pivot and transform successfully will be an advantage.
- Flexible work-style to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines and manage last-minute changes, effective in a fast paced continuous improvement role and culture.
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, with continuous improvement mindset, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result orientation.
- Up to date knowledge of HR policies, processes, employment landscape, trends, practices, and employment act/other local regulatory across the region.
