**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a growing Talent Acquisition team of three
- Plan and execute People & Culture strategies and continuous improvement activities aligned with the company’s business strategy and growth
- Create and implement company policies and Human Resource processes that foster growth, drive results, and increase organizational effectiveness
- Lead the hiring process and implement strategies to attract and retain talent
- Assess compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness
- Oversee and manage staff’s performance evaluation and feedback systems
- Design and implement staff’s training and development programs
- Oversee and ensure smooth employee onboarding/offboarding processes
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing conflicts, grievances, conduct or other issues; and provide first line of support to our employees
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Stay updated with the best trends and practices in human resources and talent management
- Build a positive, effective and cohesive work environment
- Promote the culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Articulate and market the company values to potential employees
- Work closely with Head of Operations to achieve operational excellence

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in talent management and employee engagement, preferably with leadership experience
- Proven track record of developing and driving new initiatives in a diverse organization
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
- Proficiency in Human Resource Management software
- Experience in start-up and tech companies is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
