We are looking for an energetic new colleague to join us as our Head of People, ideally with cyber-security industry and early-stage startup experience as watchTowr heads into a considerable period of team growth - globally.

**Sounds great - what will I do?**
- Build and execute a strategy to continue to attract world-class, the best-of-the-best talent into the watchTowr business - in line with watchTowr’s immediate growth trajectory.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to strategically plan and develop team capability and structure,
- Provide guidance and support to the watchTowr team on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant local regulations and standards.
- Lead the performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Proactively manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives.
- Overseeing HR administrative tasks, such as payroll, claims administration.

**Core Skills**
- You have 5+ years of experience in people and HR management, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Familiar with SG employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with UK and US employment laws and regulations is an added bonus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
