DESIGNATION : AVP - Product and Professional Services

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the overall leadership and management of Product & Professional Services department including a team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, Product Specialists, Product Trainer and Technical writer and UI/UX Designer
- Spearhead the strategic planning and management of the entire Ascentis product portfolio and oversee the innovation and improvement of the product as well as the to ensure that the product is constantly growing to suit the clients’ needs
- Definite, monitor of the relevant KPIs, roadmap and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set for each products
- Lead investigation and analyses on the product and the product market and identify opportunities for future product innovation and exploration
- Align and execute product strategies and ensure that each department receives the right level of support in product development, implementation and training
- Establish the proper governance and procedure within the department to streamline and standardize the processes

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 8 years of experience in the field of software, eCommerce, CRM or product management
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills while ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making
- Previous work experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
- Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
