DESIGNATION : Ascentis - Product Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working within a cross-functional team to ensure the solutions meets business and customer needs.
- Working closely with business analyst, project managers and developers to conduct analysis of user and business requirements and ensure requirements are within product capabilities.
- Familiarize with product setup and configuration.
- Performing campaign setups and internal verifications based on user requirement in the respective ascentis products.
- Be the consultant to answer product related questions in a professional manner and addressing queries promptly.
- Supporting the Business Analysts and Projects Managers on issues surface after the projects goes live and before handing over to support team.
- Performs product demonstrations and training sessions for internal staffs, customers and other stakeholders.
- Assisting the Academy manager to facilitate learning by analysing courseware/training materials, prepare lesson plans, deliver lesson content and coursework across multiple delivery modes, facilitate learners' discussions and provide feedback, while ensuring the delivery of relevant curriculum to meet learners' needs.
- Assisting the Academy Manager in designing curriculum and developing courseware/training materials that support existing and future training curriculum.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in CRM loyalty system will be a plus
- Experience working with remote development teams
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making.
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
