**Job Description**:
**The role**

We are looking for a Regional Manager, Compensation & Benefits (Asia) who will be accountable for supporting all aspects of Total Rewards in Toll, with primary responsibility across Asia as well as other countries where necessary. You will support annual processes and policy development and collaborate closely with key HR & business leaders to support the development of Toll’s Total Rewards programs and translating compensation & benefits insights into practical recommendations to drive business growth.

As Regional Manager, Compensation & Benefits (Asia)**,** you will:

- Support the design, development, implementation and maintenance of reward and recognition programs that drive the desired culture and values for the group in addition to market competitiveness.
- Support and govern annual performance and remuneration cycles, including costing & budgeting analysis of the compensation structures and benefits programs
- Align and communicate the total reward offering to the business, coach and support the HR team. Strive for simplicity of policy, process and employee and line manage communication
- Implement and review Mercer IPE processes and work with business functions to develop career structures and frameworks
- Support the review and delivery of benefits changes within country legislation / taxation and market practice. Provide change management expertise and support and expertise to assess and manage legislation impacts and changes
- Provide advice and partner with the business on remuneration and reward activities, provide insights on market benchmarks and thought leadership on trends in reward and benefits
- Support the maintenance of our people data governance framework and work with People Data team to ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation & benefits data maintained in our HR systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Significant experience in a regional specialist remuneration and benefits role.
- A problem solver with the ability to think laterally
- Strong systems and process understanding
- Strong data analytics and HRIS skills (Workday), and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal, good presentation skills and stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to work in and contribute through multiple teams, and deliver a positive impact to team culture.
