Our Technical Consultant will help build out the operations and reporting side of the business as well as organising the technical staff. You will thrive on solving problems and collaborating with your team to deliver innovative technical solutions to our enterprise customers. In this role, you will contribute to Telstra Purple’s market share by providing Network consulting services and solutions. Continuous learning, improvement mindset and collaboration skills are critical to success in this role to strengthen your expertise in the Technology Consulting domain and build credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibility:

- Sharing knowledge and be experienced in delivering Business Technology Consulting services
- Contribute to the design, development and delivery of technology consulting engagements; supporting with solution designs, implementation plans and costing estimations
- Support the identification of potential business development opportunities, collaborating with your team to help qualify, develop and close new opportunities
- Conduct research and generate insights to help build the right delivery model for the team
- Leverage standard methodologies, tools and processes to test and evaluate solutions, both during and post implementation
- Take ownership of your own actions and accountabilities, seeking guidance from more experienced team members to support your development and contribute to the delivery of agreed outcomes
- Proactively identify and seek to mitigate risks and issues to service delivery, escalating to more senior team members when additional support is required to resolve problems
- Leverage sound inter-personal skills to build relationships and credibility with key internal (i.e. Sales, Delivery and Project teams) and external (i.e. customers, technology vendors) stakeholders
