Integrated Security Solutions Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Integrated Security Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our Solutions Team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated security solutions for various projects across different industries. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of security systems and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our key security solutions, including Digifort, Hanwha Vision, Bosch Video Systems, Ipsotek, Optex, and Synectics.
- Work closely with fellow engineers and product managers from suppliers to provide workable solutions to our customers.
- Conduct site visits for product demonstrations, gather implementation requirements, and perform proof-of-concepts.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services organizations to deliver integrated security systems.
- Assist partners and customers in deploying enterprise security solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends by communicating with manufacturers and attending meetings with partners and customers.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or related technical field (or 4 years of relevant work experience). Singaporean preference.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong network knowledge and troubleshooting skills with a good understanding of Windows system environment and software.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Security Solutions.
- Excellent follow-through, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.
