Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Integrated Security Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in putting together comprehensive security solutions for Physical Security Projects.

The Solutions Team is responsible for delivering integrated security solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As an integral member of this team, you will work closely with fellow engineers and product managers from suppliers to provide workable solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide technical support for our key security solutions, including Digifort, Hanwha Vision, Bosch Video Systems, Ipsotek, Optex, and Synectics.">
  • Work closely with the Sales, Engineering, and Professional Services organizations to deliver integrated systems.">
  • Participate in writing technical proposals in response to customer requests.">
  • Assist partners and customers in deploying Enterprise security solutions.">
  • Stay current with industry trends by proactively communicating with manufacturers and attending meetings with partners and customers.">
  • Conduct technology presentations and training sessions for customers and partners.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).">
  • Strong network knowledge and troubleshooting skills with a good understanding of Windows system environment and software.">
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise security solutions.">
  • Outstanding follow-through, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.">
