**About this opportunity**

We are looking for a supply chain professional, experienced in logistics, import & export, customs affair, order and service fulfillment, as well as cross-functional collaboration within the organization, while ensuring iTero supply chain’s best practices.

**In this role, you will**
- Manage Logistics function and understood and able to navigate through a diverse logístical landscape within APAC region
- Support Global and Regional projects and issues relating to Systems Roll-out, Go-To-Market Strategy, Regulatory Compliance, Trade Compliance etc
- Partner Global and Country teams to manage operations and fulfillment of iTero products & Spare Parts Management to meet customers’ demand. Oversee forecasting and coordination with supply sources for timely replenishment of iTero products & spare parts
- Resolve shipping and distribution-related issues and feedback with systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Actions - Preventive Actions (CAPA) Plan
- Oversee SAP’s Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Source-to-Settle (STS) processes, covering system inventory control and distribution management
- Enforce strong inventory control and distribution management in SAP system
- Drive improvement initiatives to optimize operations and processes with objectives of (a) reducing cost, (b) shortening fulfillment lead-time, and (c) enhancing customer experience (d) RMA process optimization.
- Support redesigning and implementation of a new distribution model and Process standardization across the APAC region
- Monitor and manage freight and logistics partners’ performance for shipping, warehousing, and domestic distribution
- Support APAC Trade Compliance team to complete HS code pre-classification of new materials and customs risk assessment & mitigation.
- Coordinate RMA return and coordination with local markets in order to maintain the service pool in a healthy state
- Support RAQA Compliance, Audit and Certification
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures
- Report all unsafe activities to Manager and/or Human Resources
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform other duties as assigned

**In this role, you’ll need **

**Education/Working experience**
**：**
- Experience in building and managing a new regional logistics hub - Strong advantage.
- BA/BS degree in Business Management, Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience - Must, MA/MBA - Advantage
- Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in global supply chain is required
- Strong knowledge and hands-on of SAP system is essential.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, including shipping, importation, and contract logistics
- Experienced in managing and negotiating with suppliers to establish best-in-class performance.
- Experienced with complex problem-solving and analysis using statistical methods
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills team management experience is required
- Global supply management certificate CPSM - Advantage
- Medical Device Background - Advantage
- Leadership experience in logistic is a plus
