**About this opportunity**

(Snr.) Manager, iTero Order Fulfillment oversees iTero APAC operations and logistics team members for the markets outside of China and Japan and holds a governance / process owner role for backoffice operations and logistics in the Region. The person must ensure that the organization is running on a high-quality service level, fulfilling all KPIs established, with a smooth efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and business partners.

The person is responsible for directly managing the personnel sitting within their team, as well as guaranteeing their knowledge and process standardization across our different teams in the Asia Pacific region

**In this role, you will**
- Responsible for the team’s performance (Business Operations and Logistics) and daily operations dedicated to order processing and fulfilment of customers’ orders
- Ensures high-quality support is provided to iTero customers (internal and external) by minimizing downtime and managing customer experience.
- Maintain cross-functional/interdepartmental relationships with peers across the global organization, to ensure high process efficiency and effective execution
- Optimization of the regional product distribution network, also set up and operation of the logistics hub(s) in the region incl. import-export licensing and third-party warehousing and services.
- Lead and develop changes required for current or future ERP changes for the order entry teams in the region, while supporting the testing and scenario creation process on this. This includes ensuring all members have the proper training and tools to complete these tasks when a change or new process is incorporated.
- Drive changes and improvements to continually ensure a high standard of service in alignment with APAC guidelines.
- Provide support to QM audit processes and quality management system as required
- Monitor and act on Customer feedback (NPS/Complaints/CSAT) where appropriate.
- Proactively identify potential impacts to customer experience performance in market and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Keep shared information related to operations up-to-date as well as SOP, WI or any pertaining documentation and flows.
- Review and evaluate all department employees, including team development and succession planning.
- Keeping employees motivated and organizing appropriate training.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Report all unsafe activities to manager and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**In this role, you’ll need **

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience is required
- BA/BS degree in Business Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience - Must
- Managing or leading a team of at least 10 people
- Strong knowledge and hands-on of SAP system is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of SFDC - advantage
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence and reporting systems environment - advantage
- Able to flourish in a young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e., roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity)
- Medical Device Background - advantage
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to consistently follow through with projects to completion.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills
- Fluent English required and any additional language that can support APAC countries is a plus
