**About this opportunity**

**In this role, you will**
- Key responsibilities:

- Work closely with regional training and clinical team members as well as cross functional departments to get materials ready and approved for external customers.
- Create, maintain, and organize education and training materials on different learning platforms.
- Data analysis of platform performances and matrix to review the learning requirements of customers.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure event materials are generated in a timely manner.
- Support the review and streamlining of processes for efficient and effective coordination of projects.
- Additional responsibilities:

- Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

- Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills.

- Strong logical thinking and process oriented with the ability to organize and maintain documents and learning management platforms.
- Experience with learning development software such as Docebo and website content management will be advantages.
- Able to work without constant supervision, self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and resourceful with strong learning capabilities in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Able to flourish in young international company experiencing significant growth (i.e. roll up sleeves approach and able to deal with ambiguity).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE_**
- Minimum a Diploma or bachelor’s in administration and/or related professional is preferred.
- Experienced with at least five years’ working experience in a corporate environment
- Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in learning and development
- Experienced in creating online engaging training materials for medical / dental professionals
- Experience working with Salesforce and learning management systems will be a plus
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, result oriented
- Possess professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels, especially stakeholders.
