**About this opportunity**

The Invisalign business is fundamentally driven through Professional Marketing—to Orthodontists and GP Dentists. In today’s business environment, it is not just about offering the best product to our doctors, but also providing them with an integrated journey through relevant programs to elevate their knowledge and grow their practice.

This role will work in close partnership with Marketing, Clinical, cross functional and local market teams to analyse business performance related to programs and products to generate insights to provide valuable input to enable evidence based decision-making to drive relevant strategies and optimise business performance.

This role requires a talented analytical individual who has a strong business sense, familiar with database architecture and is highly analytical, capable of analyzing large amounts of data particularly with visualization tools. The Marketing Business Analytics Manager, APAC will report to the Senior Director, Professional Marketing.

**In this role, you will**
- Be part of a fun and exciting team of passionate team of marketers
- Perform analyses to assist key decision making on business performance, professional programs designed to onboard and grow doctors and product portfolio optimization.
- Develop and optimise dashboards with metrics capable of defining current status of business and areas of focus/improvements
- Develop “forward-looking” metrics consistent with the ability to predict future business impact
- Create metrics and reporting to identify trends in customer growth, channels and products
- Uncover unmet needs and identify future business needs/gaps and recommend improvements to meet APAC growth ambitions.
- Proactively provide suggestions to improve existing reporting and ideas for new reporting that would provide more actionable business insights
- Provide ad hoc analysis on a need to basis, in response to requests or to support recommendations

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Must possess demonstrated analytical skills and thrive in a detail-oriented environment
- Demonstrated experience with business strategic planning
- Strong project management & cross-functional teamwork - Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision
- High level of business acumen and the ability to translate that into actionable reporting
- Essential to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet goals under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with at least 6 years of reporting experience
- Experienced using business intelligence tools (e.g. SQL, Business Objects, PowerBI, Tableau) and spreadsheets. Ability to run statistical models and integrate into analyses - a bonus
- Strong quantitative analysis and data mining skills
- Ability to translate complex business & financial analysis in simple layman terms
- Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
- Self-starter who needs mínimal supervision and able to effectively manage through ambiguity
- Willing to work in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment.
- SFDC experience a plus
