**About this opportunity**

iTero Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and execution of the Go-digital program and other new business model pilots. The Program Manager also ensures that the end-to-end process is well-executed across functional teams and keeps team members on track to achieve program objectives. The Program Manager drives customer success within trials by executing playbooks across Customers, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Clinical Training teams. This role is well-suited for people who think customer first, excel in putting structure in place and focus on building processes and automation to bring about growth through scale.

**In this role, you will**
- Provide guidance to in-country sales team on Go-digital opportunity funnel management, and track commitment to meet and exceed fiscal targets
- Ensure Go-digital program integration with existing Invisalign programs and/or other sales initiatives to meet program objectives
- Build partnerships and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Clinical Training, and Operations team members to support day-to-day process execution and conduct recurring cadence to achieve positive customer outcomes through full digital adoption
- Proactively identify and highlight potential risks for resolution to achieve program objectives
- Work with APAC Analytics to generate and track program performance metrics
- Collect and assess customer feedback to improve Go-digital trial execution to ensure exceptional customer experience is provided
- Ensure program and process documentation are complete, current, and stored appropriately as part of governance for internal audit
- Collaborate with leaders and cross-function teams in a spirit of innovation and initiative to increase iTero sales penetration
- Engage in pilot execution of new business models from initiation through delivery

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of project coordination, project management and/or business analyst experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Design Thinking and Agile is desirable
