This Product Manager position within the APAC Professional Marketing team will be responsible for commercializing and managing innovations designed to enhance customer experience in digital treatment planning. For assigned products, this position will work upstream and downstream with Global/regional/local teams to plan and execute new product launches related to ClinCheck treatment planning software and adjacent projects on reimagining digital treatment planning experience. This role reports to the Associate Director, Digital Treatment Planning Experience, APAC

**In this role, you will**
- Be part of a fun and exciting team of marketers passionate about what they are doing.
- Lead APAC commercialization and product management of assigned products in accordance with the Global product roadmap for Align’s treatment planning products/software.
- Plan and execute on doctor adoption strategy to drive digital treatment planning tools adoption, leverage solid understanding of KPIs to develop detailed regional plans and support local teams in executing locally.
- Collect customer insights and competitive intelligence to incorporate into commercialization & product management plans and support development of Global product roadmap.
- Develop strong relationships and credibility with Sales, KOLs, internal and external customers through product and competitive knowledge.

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Think strategically about the portfolio of products and use sound judgment and business acumen to make commercialization and product management decisions.
- Curiosity to learn and become a product expert in assigned portfolio, adept at pitching to internal teams and customers to drive excitement for new launches.
- Exceptional project management skills. Proactively seeks to plan, is action-oriented and maintains ownership.
- Excellent ability to deal with ambiguity and show leadership and tenacity in guiding teams forward in navigating new/uncharted territories.
- Excellent persuasive communication skills with the flexibility to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and with customers, adept in conflict management and consensus building.
- Confident in presenting business & technical ideas and recommendations in verbal, written and presentation formats.

**Education/Experience**
- Degree is must, medical or healthcare major and MBA is plus.
- At least 5 years of product management and/or marketing experience with preference for experience in medical devices, life sciences etc. Experience in working with dental and/or orthodontic professionals preferred.
- Experience with medical device registration process and technical/software product experience a plus.
- At least 3 years of regional business or product management is required: China. Japan & Australia experience ideal.
- Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with regional groups and understanding & experience of growing and working in extremely fast paced business environments is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with ability to effectively manage complex cross-functional projects.
- Self-starter who needs mínimal supervision and able to effectively manage through ambiguity
- Willing to work in a fast paced and rapidly evolving environment.
- Need to be digitally savvy; familiar and comfortable with the adoption and use of evolving technologies
- Good spoken and written English communication skills. Chinese or Japanese proficiency is plus.
- Good analytical skills, experience working with data analytics & visualization software such as MS Power Bi.
- Ability to travel up to 20% is required.
