**About this opportunity**

He/She will be responsible for strategizing clinical education to. This is to support the fast growth of the region with excellence in execution, organizational skills and collaboration.

**In this role, you will**
- Report to Senior Director of Clinical, APAC
- Be responsible for developing Clinical Education strategy and implementation plan across Asia Pacific Region based on different customer segments and needs to meet the business goals
- Design, implement, coordinate, inspect, and evaluate clinical education programs, curriculum and content for onboarding new Invisalign providers and continuously developing the doctors in the customer journey
- Identify effective education delivery methods, platforms and media to ensure the provision of high-quality clinical education to meet the learning needs from different types of customers with different learning behaviours
- Develop digital education strategy to widen education coverage and to meet customers’ with different education needs
- Develop KOL and speaker engagement strategy including identification, onboarding, development, engagement & management framework and to actively engage with the KOLs and speakers
- Lead the team to structure and organize regional educational events to build customers’ clinical confidence and competencies
- Be product launch partner to design education strategy as part of commercialization plan to drive customers’ product adoption
- Work with local Clinical Managers to ensure planning and execution of Clinical Education activities that are supportive of market specific commercial objectives.
- Lead and develop regional clinical education team
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**In this role, you’ll need **
- To have Master’s degree preferred, with the degree(s) in Education or business would be an advantage
- To be a seasoned regional leader with a successful track record of at least 10 years commercial management and/or education experience
- To be experienced working in a global matrix organization and successful partnership in collaborating with cross functional teams, regional groups and local markets is preferred
- To be experienced in providing thought taking business / customer insights and using them to drive thinking and decisions
- To be strategic and critical thinking to have the ability to challenge status quo and drive business impact
- To have strong implementation skills with excellent in execution
- To have effective communication and to be collaborative with global, regional team and local counterparts and external agencies
- This role requires 50% regional travel
