**About this opportunity**

**In this role, you will**
- Ensure fulfilment of organization’s recruitment needs in accordance to key performance metrics through close collaboration with key partners
- To source, screen and manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process for all assigned positions both full-time and contracting roles
- Management of supplier/vendors, and all contingent workers’ contract renewal
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to team projects
- Ensure accuracy in all hiring data including job creation, posting, recruiting updates and onboarding
- Craft salary proposals, monitor approval process and creation of employment letters
- Coordinate and tracking of pre-employment medical and background checks
- Facilitate and tracking of new hire’s onboarding documents
- Ensure proper closure of job requisitions including integration between ATS and Workday
- Support purchase requisitions for recruiting related expenses
- To build and provide analytics for regional market mapping and talent sourcing
- Embrace an agile mindset and maintain understanding of creative recruitment tools, technologies and the best methodologies
- Support global, regional and local TA programs and projects
- Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required
- Other duties may be assigned

**In this role, you’ll need **
- Strong business acumen and recruiting operations experience preferably
- Excellent communication skills and service mindset
- Meticulous, proactiveness and ability to prioritize work tasks
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking System such as iCIMS and HRIS system Workday will be advantageous
- Flexibility to changing tasks and work schedules are required
- Enjoys interacting and networking with people of all levels
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with 3 to 4 years’ experience in staffing/recruiting preferred
- Some experience in campus recruiting, and/or employer branding initiatives
- Strong computer skills in MS Office tools, and enjoys analytic work
