**_ Based in Singapore, the Asia House Team Lead is a key role in this new team. Managing a senior TA Specialist, you will own a portfolio of roles across SEA, HK & Macau at all levels within the corporate and executive space, including the more complex senior and medical positions. It’s a client facing role that will see you collaborate with a range of senior business leaders whilst remaining hands on and helping shape a best in class talent acquisition approach, critical to this will be the close working partnership between your team and the Sourcing team which will be instrumental in building out Talent Pools and engaging with Talent Communities in this space._**

Driving strategic talent acquisition initiatives, it’s a great opportunity for a Senior TA professional, looking to further develop their skills and capabilities, and who has a passion and strength in managing people, influencing outcomes and delivering results._**

This is a hybrid working environment, 3 days a week at the client's site in Singapore.
- **

**What you will be doing**:

- People leadership of a team
- End to end recruitment providing direction to HM's and HRBPs on the most effective go to market strategy
- Functionally aligned recruitment across all levels, including the more senior and challenging hires
- Partnering with the Sourcing Team to develop a best practice talent sourcing and attraction recruitment process
- Strategic and tactical contribution to Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives

- Strong expertise and credibility as an experienced corporate and executive TA professional ideally from the pharmaceutical or consumer health/goods sectors
- Confidence and capability to work with your client group in an advisory and consultative capacity
- Responsive and assertive communication, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to effectively engage and manage relationships at all levels
- Process orientation, with an ability to deliver results in a super agile and fast paced environment
- Past experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer health/goods environments will be highly regarded
