Our client is a globally recognized hospitality group, operating luxury hotels, resorts, and lifestyle brands across Asia, EMEA, and beyond. They are currently seeking a **Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead**to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier hospitality professionals across Asia and EMEA. As the Senior TA Lead, you will oversee talent acquisition, employer branding, and recruitment operations across multiple regions. You will collaborate with regional HR teams and business leaders to develop scalable recruitment strategies, ensuring a strong pipeline of hospitality talent in luxury hotels, resorts, and corporate functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth across Asia and EMEA.
- Partner with hotel general managers, HR leaders, and corporate teams to anticipate hiring needs.
- Manage high-volume recruitment for frontline hospitality roles and targeted executive searches.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand to attract top hospitality talent.
- Implement digital recruitment campaigns, social media strategies, and partnerships with hospitality schools.
- Streamline hiring workflows, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization, and recruitment KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with regional labor laws, diversity hiring initiatives, and industry best practices.
- Lead headhunting, sourcing, and talent mapping for key leadership positions.
- Partner with external recruiters, job boards, and hospitality career fairs to expand talent reach.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Compensation & Benefits teams.Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and hiring insights to leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, or HR leadership within hospitality or luxury services.
- Strong knowledge of Asia and EMEA talent markets, hiring trends, and recruitment regulations.
- Expertise in executive search, direct sourcing, and high-volume hiring.
- Experience working with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and employer branding initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational hospitality environment.
