Global TA Ops (TAO) team is committed to continuously improving our recruitment process, policies and tools, and achieving the optimization of recruitment efficiency and quality through innovation and technology. We build strategies and scalable talent programs and enhance the recruiting effectiveness with data driven insights.

About the Role
TAO is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Operations Lead who overseas TA Ops teams in EMEA, APAC and AMS regions. This role will be a key contributor to the ongoing transformation of the Talent Acquisition Operations team, including but not limited to; strength recruiting compliance through policy and process optimization, recruiting-related tool and technology optimization. This is a full-time position based in Singapore (hybrid model 3 days in-office and 2 days remote).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide thought leadership in global TA Ops teams, play an integral role in shaping the future of the Talent Acquisition Operations function in Bytedance, on matters including Policy & Process Optimization, Talent Enablement, system & tools etc
- Lead, grow, and develop capabilities of the global talent acquisition operations team by incorporating agile capabilities and design thinking, and ensuring priorities are set to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Infuse TA Ops with agile methodologies and design thinking to drive transformative capabilities for the future.
- Drive change through talent acquisition process improvement efforts while developing longer-term strategies that are aligned with the organization.
- Develop exceptional relationships and strong lines of communication across functions and regions to allow for ongoing collaboration and successful execution of deliverables.
- Identify, investigate, and lead problem resolution for complex requirement issues or other related deliverables, escalating whenever required.
- 10+ years of cross regional recruiting program management experience, ideally gained within a global, matrixed organization, including experience leading global recruiting teams or recruitment operations teams.
- Demonstrated success independently executing project deliverables, targets, and mid-term, long term objectives, as well as leading people toward achieving targets and deliverables.
- Experience in building strategic roadmaps and senior executive audience storyboards.
- Demonstrate ability to contribute towards developing and driving global initiatives and embedding them at the functional/market level.
- Strong experience in people management and leading teams (including virtual teams) by creating a high-performance environment build around creativity and empowerment.
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills with senior-level HR, Business, and Recruiting TAs globally.
- Extensive knowledge and ability to grasp cultural differences, understand regional differences, and successfully drive initiatives across a complex landscape.
- Proven ability to develop and use a wide variety of talent acquisition tools and strategies.
