We are looking to hire a dynamic and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager to join our vibrant start up, based in Singapore. The role will be responsible for leading Talent Acquisition for our offices in UK, Hong Kong, Oceania and Singapore, reporting into our Global Head of Human Resources. This is a stand-alone role, and will take full ownership of talent acquisition, onboarding, and induction processes - ensuring that we not only attract the best staff but that they have a great experience in the first few months in role. As we are a growing start up, the suitable applicant will be excited to get involved in activities that go above and beyond the scope of the role.

**What You Will Be Responsible For**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Build country and skill specific talent pools across all key locations through screening, headhunting and driving referral network, focusing on both permanent and contract staff.
- Ownership of Talent Acquisition tools such as ATS and linkedin.
- Match talent pool to open project opportunities.
- Creation of process guides and reporting as needed
- Participation in HR Projects and ownership of best practice
**What We Look For**
- A minimum of 5 years Talent Acquisition experience, sector experience in Consulting or Project Management would be beneficial.
- Strong People focus, willing to get involved in a broad scope of work to ensure a positive experience for the staff of Alumni
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently and take initiative as well as being responsible for high quality deliverables
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with HR software would be preferred
