**About the role**:
As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, your role is crucial in driving continuous improvement in how we attract and assess top talent for our business. Your responsibilities will include leading the talent acquisition strategy, overseeing recruitment efforts, and building a high-performing team.

This role requires someone with a proven track record in previous scale-up environments within the fintech or accounting sectors, where you have both set the strategic vision and executed recruitment initiatives.

**What you'll do**:
Proactively develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, aligning with our short, mid and long term business objectives.

Manage a geographically distributed team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers.

Implement effective diversity hiring practices, ensuring balanced shortlists and fostering an inclusive hiring environment.

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor insights, and best practices in talent acquisition, bringing innovative ideas to optimise our recruitment processes.

**Who you are**:
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader in a scale-up environment within the fintech or accounting industry.

Demonstrated success in setting talent acquisition strategies and executing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Experience managing a geographically dispersed team, accommodating business needs across different time zones.

Strong expertise and passion in employer branding strategies, enhancing the Osome’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Proficiency in implementing diversity hiring practices and creating balanced shortlists.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, leveraging metrics to drive recruitment decisions.

Adaptability, flexibility, and comfort in thriving in a fast-paced, changing, and dynamic environment.
