As the Global Head of Talent, you will be responsible for managing the global recruiting team and ensuring technical and commercial recruiting targets are met, optimising for diversity, efficiency and scalability. You’ll always have one eye on the future state of Talent Acquisition as we continue to scale towards an IPO.

**What you will bring**:

- 10+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role
- 4+ years experience working for high growth international tech organisations
- Experience leading a high performance team in APAC/EMEA/US and working across different time zones
- Exceptional business acumen and ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders and external partners
- The ability to increase velocity and quality of hireSome exposure to Human Resources is advantageous
- Experience in driving employer branding initiatives would be a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
