Working closely with the talent acquisition team, we are seeking for a Talent Sourcing Lead who can support our hiring team and business leaders in identifying talent needs and strategy across different geographical regions.
- Develop talent sourcing strategies with a data centric approach to support overall Talent Acquisition team OKR
- Lead a team of talent sourcers, providing mentorship and guidance when executing talent sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with recruiters and key internal stakeholders to build strong and quality pipelines across South East Asia
- Create sound performance measurement matrix for the team using data and metrics
- Evaluate & drive the effectiveness of sourcing tools such as Boolean search and alternative search techniques
- Support process improvement and other ATS related product development projects

**Job Requirements**
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment with focus on in-house talent sourcing strategies or similar experience in reputable headhunting agencies
- Prior experience with proven track record growing a team within the talent acquisition function, ideally with regional experience in a large global organization supporting various teams and functions.
- Knowledge in using a data-driven approach for decision-making, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience in recruitment process improvement projects would be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, highly-adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment
- Excellent leadership, planning and organisational skills
- A deep understanding of recruitment trends in order to develop robust recruitment strategies
