Job Title: Regional Human Resources Lead

Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee HR teams in China, Malaysia, and Singapore, serving as a strategic partner to senior leaders and site management. This role involves driving business and people priorities, workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.

  • Oversee human resources operations across multiple sites in Asia, with a strong emphasis on China.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of HR transformation and digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree-qualified with a HR-related discipline and at least 10-12 years of HR experience, primarily in business partnering roles within large international organisations.
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with regional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Workday HRIS platform is preferred.
