Job Title

A Regional Human Resources Leader will be responsible for managing HR activities across regional entities in Southeast Asia.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage HR activities across regional entities in Southeast Asia, ensuring compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Enhance the performance management framework to promote a high-performance culture.
  • Develop and maintain compensation structures and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with business objectives.
  • Liaise between management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Establish and maintain effective HR systems, procedures, and policies.
  • Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Support organizational growth through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide HR insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification is required.
  • About 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the industry, is necessary.
  • Prior regional HR experience in the Southeast Asia region is advantageous.
  • The ability to build and manage relationships at all levels is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and best practices is mandatory.
