Job Title: Expert Human Resources Strategist

As an expert human resources strategist, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR solutions to various business units. This includes talent acquisition, development, compensation and benefits, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and implement HR initiatives that drive business results through strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance HR service delivery, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the organization.
  • Work closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Lead or support HR projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes by fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist/HR Business Partnering role with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
