Regional Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Human Resources Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance evaluation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple countries.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they meet organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate staff confirmation assessment exercises, ISO audits, and BizSafe audits.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration, including but not limited to leave, employees' insurance, and staff welfare and benefits for all regional offices.
  • Lead the Annual Salary Review process, including benchmarking, salary adjustments, and communications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices and regulations.
  • Positive attitude, meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail.
