  • This role involves leading the international talent acquisition strategy to meet the organization's evolving needs. It requires designing and executing a comprehensive global talent sourcing plan, collaborating closely with hiring managers and partners to understand staffing needs, and providing strategic guidance on best practices in talent acquisition.">
  • The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and hiring top talent across countries/business units, primarily for Business Development, Pre-Sales, and AI technology-related roles.">
  • They will also be responsible for articulating the risk and benefits of a hire, mitigating hiring risk by identifying pros and cons for each hiring, especially for senior-level positions.">
  • The role requires creating robust pipelines, leveraging existing talent programs and initiatives to attract potential candidates, and enhancing the employer brand by spreading the talent strategy through all channels, social networking, and talent events.">
  • Additionally, the incumbent will be an ambassador for the organization, providing a great candidate experience that lends genuine insight into the culture and what it's like to work there.">
  • Effective management of resources, systems, and tools is also essential, as well as leading the optimization of recruitment systems and implementing AI-driven solutions to drive recruiting efficiency and innovation.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's or master's degree and over 10 years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on global hiring across multiple regions.">
  • Extensive experience in the high-tech industry, particularly within the cloud business sector, is required.">
  • A proven track record of building robust talent pools and conducting in-depth talent mapping, with a solid understanding of industry trends and job requirements.">
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are necessary to build relationships with global candidates and conduct effective negotiations.">
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment, driving the recruitment process, and ensuring timely filling of critical roles.">
  • Outstanding command of English and Mandarin is required for effective written and verbal communication.">
