Global Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Global Sourcing and Procurement Expert to join our team. This is a key role that involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers from global markets to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers from global markets to meet business needs.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manage performance to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
- Continuously monitor the supplier landscape to ensure competitiveness and innovation.
- Develop and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Preferably with minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management in manufacturing industry.
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, and/or any other related field of study.
