Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Food Sourcing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for international trade and a keen eye for detail.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality food ingredients from overseas suppliers, building strong relationships with them, and negotiating the best possible prices and terms.

You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products, as well as collaborating with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in FMCG industries. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Agriculture, or a related field is also required.

A strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs processes, and import/export documentation is essential, as is proficiency in procurement software and tools such as SAP.

You will be a highly analytical individual with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in English is required, with additional language skills being a plus.
