Global Source To Contract Specialist

• The Global Procurement COE team at ADM is seeking a Global Source to Contract Specialist who will play a crucial role in driving standardized sourcing, supplier performance management (SPM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes using technology platforms such as Jaggaer and Coupa. The primary objective of this position is to help ADM's Global procurement achieve targeted business outcomes across various spend categories.Responsibilities associated with this role can be broadly categorized into four areas:1. ESourcing: - Drive global usage and adoption of RF(x) tools across Global Procurement teams while ensuring adherence to ADM's standard processes. - Collaborate with category management teams globally to deliver best-in-class eRF(x) and eAuction management processes to maximize value and process effectiveness. - Act as ADM's expert on best practices for eRF(x) processes, tools, methodologies, and advanced sourcing strategies. - Partner with the purchasing hub globally to deliver top-notch eAuction management processes to maximize value and process effectiveness.2. Supplier Performance Management (SPM): - Manage and enhance existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure global consistency and compliance in the use of the SPM program. - Oversee the supplier scorecard process and support the category management team in executing the Supplier Performance Management process.3. Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM): - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CLM processes and activities. - Participate in the design, deployment, and maintenance of the CLM business process globally.4. Continuous Process Improvement: - Utilize technology platforms such as Office365 ecosystem, Qualtrics, Coupa, and Jaggaer to drive process standardization.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology; MBA is a plus.- 3+ years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experience required.- 2+ years in Strategic Sourcing and/or exposure to eRF(x) tools preferred.- Experience in the Food/Agri-business industry is desirable.- Innovative professional with strategic thinking abilities and the capacity to manage challenging assignments.- Strong understanding of Procurement business processes, Sourcing, Contract Management, and SRM.- Proficiency in IT systems, MS Excel, MS PowerApps, MS Power BI, and Database management.- Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and focus on performance excellence.- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages like Portuguese, Spanish, or French is a plus.- Availability to work in EMEA hours, starting at 1:00 PM onwards.At ADM, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in our workforce.
