As the Executive Assistant to our CEO of RIOSTOX, you will act as the trusted liaison with his internal/external stakeholders and teams, you will work to ensure that he is able to focus on priority work by leveraging your exceptional organization, communication, and administrative skills to triage and prioritize incoming requests.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide professional and full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support such as minutes taking, arranging schedule, business trip etc for the CEO
- Follow up on business projects and reports for internal stakeholders to ensure meeting efficiency for Senior Management
- Coordinate workflow, update and follow-up on delegated tasks to ensure progress of deadlines, and keep projects on schedule
- Create and prepare meetings, reports, presentation and discussion materials.
- Handle matters in records management for departments
- Effectively and respectfully communicate with internal and external stakeholders in H.K. and PRC locations.
- Manage and streamline the existing process to increase administrative efficiency
- Handle family matters, supervise drivers and manage schedules.
- Assist in business and personal activities and ad hoc projects when required

**Requirements**:

- Degree or above is a must;
- Prefer min 5 years Secretarial and administrative experiences serving senior management of listed company.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters diplomatically and discreetly
- Self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Proficient IT skills - confident in using MS Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and balance competing priorities is key
- Strong communication skills, detailed-minded, organized and high flexibility
- Immediately available is preferred
