**Responsibilities**:

- Build and execute effective and efficient total rewards strategy and service model
- Consult, advise and influence senior executives on total rewards strategies and solutions
- Full people management responsibilities for team members, including hiring, retaining, and developing
- Project planning and management of Total Rewards related projects i.e. roll out a share based compensation plan, employee benefits program
- Lead and partner with the stakeholders on all Total Rewards priorities and deliveries as required, including but not limited to:

- Annual compensation planning cycle
- Annual insurance benefits renewals
- Employee Assistance Program
- Survey participation and survey data analysis

Background:

- Experience in broad based Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits role with sizable multinational organization.
