Our client is looking for a talented Head of Rewards & Performance to lead the performance management and reward function, deliver innovative and industry first performance and reward policies in order to attract and retain talent in the Company.
**ROLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Design a comprehensive rewards strategy and wellness programme that fits and is aligned to our companys strategy and business goals including determining market rates, evaluating jobs and building wellness programmes and initiatives
- Oversee the performance management process and drive continuous feedback culture in the Company
- In collaboration with the People Analytics team, determine and implement metrics and data analytics to assess and monitor the effectiveness of Performance, Rewards and wellness programs and initiatives
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
- Scan the market for best practices and benchmarks; and develop recommendations that will support company priorities
- Develop internal operating procedures and controls for the administering and managing of performance, rewards and wellness programmes
- Build strong relations with the Union to collaborate on employee policies and guidelines

**Working Experience**
- At least 10-12 years experience in rewards and performance, with a strong focus of using data analytics to drive recommendations
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore total rewards structures preferred
**Education**
- Degree in Human Resource or other discipline
