  • Lead the governance and execution of annual performance, reward, and incentive cycles, including budget management.
  • Provide expert consultation to business leaders and HR teams on remuneration policy, reward practices, and individual or team compensation reviews.
  • Partner with business functions to review job architecture and position levels using tools like Mercer IPE, and support organizational restructures.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain reward and recognition programs that reinforce our desired culture and values.

Analysis & Insights:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of benefits structures, including employee insurance, and support the implementation of new plans.
  • Monitor external market trends and provide data-driven insights on compensation and benefits practices to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Analyze the impact of local country legislation, taxation, and other factors on our benefits and reward programs.
  • Leverage your analytical skills to develop human capital metrics and present clear, business-relevant data to key stakeholders.

Policy & Governance:

  • Review, document, and update all reward policies, process guidelines, and learning content (e.g., FAQs) to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Maintain a detailed and analytical understanding of HR business processes and data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) and a strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Experience with Workday is highly preferred.

Personal Attributes:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and influence a broad range of stakeholders across the business.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
