We are looking for a high calibre professional to join our team as a Performance and Reward Partner . This team leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with our business objectives. The role facilitates talent management, succession planning, and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. Principal Responsibilities Provide leadership and strategic guidance on all Performance & Reward matters, ensuring alignment with business needs and Group strategy across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. Collaborate with Region and Group P&R to develop commercially beneficial policies and procedures. Offer expert guidance on P&R policies to country senior management. Guide country Heads of People and key stakeholders on total reward strategies. Develop and implement employee benefits strategies. Act as the business voice for P&R activities. Lead annual pay reviews for front‑line businesses and infrastructure. Foster P&R team development through coaching and mentoring. Requirements Extensive knowledge of financial services compensation, benefits, and performance practices. Strong influencing skills to engage a diverse stakeholder group. Strong business acumen with critical analysis and judgment. Proven track record of implementing complex specialist initiatives. Leadership and team/project management capabilities. Ability to influence greater team communication, collaboration, and connectivity.
