Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
Assist customers in resolving issues, answering questions, and providing updates on their orders or shipments.
Maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, sales, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Process orders and ensure all customer data is accurate and up-to-date in the system.
Clearance Agent Duties:
Manage customs clearance processes for shipments, including preparation of necessary documentation (e.g., invoices, bills of lading, packing lists).
Work with customs officials and freight forwarders to ensure the timely clearance of goods at airports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations, tariffs, and taxes.
Track and monitor the status of shipments, providing updates to customers on clearance progress.
Resolve any issues that may arise during the clearance process, including documentation discrepancies, customs holds, or delays.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in logistics, customs, or supply chain management is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service and clearance operations (customs or freight forwarding).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of import/export regulations and clearance procedures is highly desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with clearance software/tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
