**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business leads and opportunities within the target market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential areas for expansion.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the technology, financial services industries, or start-up ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization, including start-up founders and executives.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities tailored to the needs of technology firms, financial institutions, and emerging start-ups.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets in dynamic and competitive environments.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events, particularly within technology hubs and financial centers.
