**JOB DESCRIPTION (Business Development Executive)**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Lead Generation and Networking:_
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through leads generation, networking, and telemarketing efforts.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitors by continuously updating market reports.
- Business Development Strategy Execution:_
- Execute innovative and effective business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide valuable feedback and creative solutions to the Business Development Director for constant improvement.
- Client Engagement and Presentations:_
- Deliver insightful presentations and negotiate with clients to secure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collaboration and Compliance:_
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are aligned and compliant with industry standards.
- Liaise effectively to guarantee seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
- Sales Enhancement and Support:_
- Analyse customer needs to provide recommendations, implement solutions, and address any complaints promptly.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that contribute to the company's growth and market presence.
- Product Knowledge:_
- Conduct product presentations and seminars to educate customers about our offerings.
- Strategy Planning and Reporting:_
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of company-wide sales strategies.
- Produce detailed and insightful weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports to inform management decisions.
- Market Insights and Competitive Analysis:_
- Monitor market reports, track competition, and provide strategic insights to refine our sales approach.
- Continuous Improvement:_
- Stay informed about industry regulations, market dynamics, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirement & Qualifications**
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in any business-relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong telemarketing skills, adept at engaging potential clients and fostering meaningful connections.
- Highly motivated to learn and grow within a dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
