**Position Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Regional Sales Engineering Manager**to lead our technical pre-sales efforts for **Data Center Solutions**across the **Asia-Pacific**region. Based in Singapore, this role combines people leadership, strategic client engagement, and technical solutioning to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Engineers and Solution Architects across APAC, ensuring alignment with regional sales goals.
- Partner closely with regional sales leaders to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for data center and infrastructure solutions.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor during client engagements, addressing requirements in power, cooling, networking, racks, cabling, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with product management and global engineering teams to tailor solutions for local market needs.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to enterprise and hyperscale clients.
- Ensure successful proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations and assist with RFP/RFI responses.
- Establish trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and system integrators.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to enhance regional strategy.
- Drive standardization and best practices in technical sales processes across the region.
- Travel regularly within APAC to support client meetings and regional team development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in data center infrastructure (cooling, power, cabling, racks) and related ecosystems.
- Proven experience in managing regional teams and complex solution cycles.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
- Familiarity with APAC market dynamics and enterprise sales processes.
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% within the region.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with hyperscale or colocation data center environments.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in edge computing, AI workloads, and energy-efficient solutions.
- Fluency in additional Asian languages is a plus
