In Singapore, we specialise in turnkey projects.

The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
- Oversee and implement day-to-day marketing activities in regional markets: Australia, New Zealand, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia.
- Create regional sales plan.
- Increase sales revenue.
- Manage and grow existing overseas distribution channels. To constantly review distributors’ performance and monitor their work and ensure they achieve the sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries.
- Appoint, negotiate and close business deals with channel partners as well as perform market analysis and develop suitable pricing strategies.
- To do lighting specifications with Lighting Consultants, Architects, IDs, etc.
- Forging strong relationships with key clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities.
- Report on regional sales results
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits
- Promote and sell the Koizumi brand of products.
- Promote and create product awareness. Understand all technical aspects of a product and explain them to potential consumers.
- Explain product features during live demonstrations / presentations.
- Create sales & technical presentations.
- Match customer requirements to proposed solutions.
- Generate sales leads.
- Prepare sales quotations.
- Negotiate contract terms.
- Secure orders, guarantee product standards and ensure product delivery.
- Help customers solve problems with product usage.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

- Min Diploma/Degree holder in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration
- Relevant experience as a Regional Sales Manager
- Willing to travel
- Motivated to work in challenging, fast paced and result-driven environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of lighting an advantage
